Superman, Spiderman, Batman - Are these our real superhero

Superheroes (like Superman, Spiderman, Batman etc.) are all fictional characters having extraordinary powers, who have dedicated their lives to protect the public.

People like them the most to watch, especially Children and teenagers, because it is a very good form of entertainment and very enjoyable. Children think it is true and they imagine themselves to be that character. They behave like a character and they think they are a superhero. Sometime they hurt themselves by acting like a superhero.

Actually, these fictional characters are not superheroes; these are just entertaining characters. An actual or real superhero should be that person who makes our country feel proud, and our real superheroes should be our country's soldiers who protect our frontiers and safeguard our lives from the enemies across the borders. If they were not there, we would be nowhere.

We should not accept our hero according to a movie and any fictional activity. It should be accepted according to their work or purpose of their work. This is the real method to choose a real superhero.

Laziness should be treated as a 'Disease'

People think laziness is a habit that some people have, but health experts think laziness is a disease because laziness is the root of every disease. People do not move their body, they keep eating and they get a lot of fat. This is obesity; obesity increases the risk of developing a very large number of diseases, including: diabetes, hypertension, Stroke, Heart attack, Heart failure, Cancer, cholecystitis, Gout and gouty arthritis, Osteoarthritis of the knees, hips, and the lower back. That’s why Laziness should be treated as a 'Disease'.

Laziness is a mental stage. People want to remove the laziness but their minds do not allow them to do any work. They want to get their work done by other people. Actually laziness starts in the mind and finishes in the body.

There are a lot of people in the world who are sick with obesity. They take medicine, go to gyms and do running, but after some time they get back their fat. The most important thing to remove the obesity is to remove their laziness. Try to do everything by yourself. Don't use lifts if you want to go to the 3rd or 4th floor, go on foot. If you want to go outside to buy something or for any other work, then walk for at least 1 km. They should not watch TV more; they should play outdoor games and do their work by themselves.

If you want to live a happy life you should keep fit. There should be balance in your life. Health is a true wealth. Care for your health.
